Zoom Studios CORP provides professional photography, videography, content creation, social media, real estate media, website design, and other creative services. The exact scope of services, pricing, deliverables, coverage, turnaround times, and project details are outlined in each client’s signed agreement, which governs the services provided.
A booking is not confirmed until a signed agreement and any required non-refundable deposit have been received.
Deposits reserve your event date and compensate Zoom Studios CORP for removing that date from availability. All remaining balances are due according to your signed agreement. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in delayed delivery of final products or suspension of services.
Submitting an inquiry, contact form, or availability request does not reserve a date or create a contractual relationship.
Cancellation, postponement, and rescheduling policies are governed by your signed agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable. Because event dates are reserved exclusively, cancellation fees may apply in accordance with your booking agreement.

While we make every effort to capture all important moments, we cannot guarantee coverage of every individual, object, or event unless specifically requested in advance.
All photographs, videos, designs, graphics, and other creative works produced by Zoom Studios CORP remain the intellectual property of Zoom Studios CORP unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered media for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Commercial use, resale, editing, reproduction, or publication of our work without written permission is prohibited.
Unless otherwise agreed, Zoom Studios CORP reserves the right to display selected work in portfolios, websites, social media, advertising, competitions, and other promotional materials.
Zoom Studios CORP and its photographers, videographers, editors, and contractors operate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of the client.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zoom Studios CORP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
In the event circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent full performance—including but not limited to weather, illness, venue restrictions, equipment malfunction, data loss despite reasonable backup procedures, or acts of God—our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the affected services.
All photographs, videos, logos, graphics, branding, text, website design, and other content appearing on this website are the exclusive property of Zoom Studios CORP and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
You agree not to misuse this website or use it for any unlawful purpose.
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes relating to the use of this website or our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

For clients who book services with Zoom Studios CORP, the signed service agreement constitutes the complete and controlling agreement between the parties.
